When It Rains...
I drove to Nashville today with the Piercy's for GMA week. It was raining most of the way till we got to Kentucky. Everything is so green. The Missisippi and Ohio are at flood stage. It made me a just a little nervous to cross the bridges in the boothill of Missouri. I love the stretch down Interstate 24. The Redbuds and Dogwoods are in bloom. How can you explain the purpose of this beauty unless to say that it was all created for someone with the capability to appreciate it. The Lord is good at color schemes.
We set up equipment at the convention center for recording tomorrow then we headed to Fido Coffee Shop where my son is a shift manager. It was so good to see him. Jubi called to say good night. I have to get up at 6am tomorrow...in Nashville, that's just wrong. But not all of the PA Systems were set up and we have to make sure all of the signals are clean before the sessions start.
I'm looking forward to seeing my friends here. This has been a huge week for me already. I'll explain more later. Can't wait to see what the next one will hold. I'm just thinking, when it rains, it pours.
