Reasons for Joy
A few months ago in rehearsal we were messing around and came up with a new arrangement of an old up-tempo hymn. It worked out so cool I have been meaning to write a new chorus to it. I did that couple of days ago and taught it to the singers tonight. It has a counter melody women's part I love..when they were comfortable with it, it sounded even better than I imagined. We'll see if it flies tomorrow when I teach it to the congregation.
Jubi built a little get-away lean to in the front woods with a friend today, complete with a hammock. She came in before dinner after spending some time swinging in it and announced..."I had a glorious time" She has been going around the house singing while she works. I love to see her full of joy.
